Root Trouble after ace hack root...

OK, went through the sticky and rooted with Ace hack. Now when I try to flash over to leedroid or something, When I go to recovery, all it does it go to the little inspire icone with a red triangle and exclamation point over it. I have to remove the battery. When I reboot, it is just plain sense with android 2.2.1 on the phone. I am stuck. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Anyone have any suggestions?

Nevermind... I'm an idiot. I went through the WHOLE directions, including the go back to stock part...
Went back, redone it correctly and boom, I'm in business. Thanks for your patience.
