Help Trouble Receiving Incoming Calls

I have a Samsung Galaxy Duos GTS6120 (Young). When someone calls me, I try to press the green receive button on the screen but it doesn't work. Neither does the hang up button work. It seems the touch screen function is not responsive. But it is responsible in all other applications. Has anyone run into the same problem? Help!
 
Welcome to the forums, wahansa.

First go into the phone menu to double check for obvious misconfiguration. Then shut the device down and yank the SIM card. .. put it back in and check for issues.

If the problem is still there do a factory data reset.
