Trouble with boot animation gt-p3113 root cynmod 10.1

I hope someone can help me with this. For some reason when I load a custom boot anilmation it comes on in the wrong portion of the screen forbthe first half of the animation. I've tried using both ROM Toolbox pro and Boot Animation Loader and they both give same result. Any ideas? Will include screenshot of "about device" screen.

Are you using a boot animation with the correct resolution for your phone?

Doesnt CM have the setting in Rom Control to choose boot animation instead of using those apps mate?

^ I guess it depends on the device, I use 10.1 as a daily driver and there's no boot animation option. But I'm on an unofficial build so that might have something to do with it. OP's using the Galaxy Tab 2 so I'm not too sure.

Its AOKP im on and ive only tried CM 10.1 for like an hour until i realised tethering is broken lol. i thought CM was very similar but maybe it is just an AOKP setting mate :beer:
