Help Trouble with contacts...

HELP! All of my dad's contacts are on my phone, somehow. He is running iOS 10 and I am running lollipop 5.1. I slowly went through, deleting them, only to find that they've been added today morning again. I'm sure that my Dad's not adding them. Why is this happening, and how do I stop it?
 
Do they appear as Google contacts, WhatsApp contacts, or what? That will tell you which service is syncing them, which will tell you where to look for the problem.
