Help trouble with facebook contacts

I can't get the profile pics to sync up with the contacts on my phone. Can anyone help?

Does opening a contact and clicking the Link option let you link it up manually? I had to do this for a number of them that wouldn't map automatically.

I also had to link several (like 30-50 or so). But now i've noticed that when someone calls that's linked to their facebook/photo - it's really fuzzy. like it only synced pictures that were large enough for the thumbnails =/
