Root Trouble with MIUI 1.10.21 + Google Voice (4.2.36)

This is the first ROM ive tried and so far i love it but i can't get Google Voice to handle my outgoing calls. No matter what i try google voice won't handle the outgoing calls. I've googled around for awhile and i hear about an option "allow 3rd-party access". I've heard mixed reports with this option. Some say you have to turn it on others say you have to turn it off. Anyways my phone doesn't have any option like that. The "closest" thing i can find is under "Call Settings"->Settings->"Voice Mail Service" where i can choose google voice as my default voice mail but there is no 3rd party access option. Maybe the removed it in the newest build? Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know about 1.10.21 because I only used it for about an hour before I got rid of it. I had constant force closes with 1.10.21. I am currently running 1.10.14 and the 3rd party access option is in Settings\Programs\Calls menu under the heading 'Other call settings'.

If it's not there on 1.10.21, then it may have been removed on that version.

Thanks for the reply. Yep unfortunately its not there. There is only the following options under "Other call settings"
1. Record Automatically
2. Vibration
3. Customize attribution
4. Settings
