Help trouble with my "new" replacement

My last RAZR m worked great until the speakers crapped out. I brought it to Verizon and they had a reconditioned replacement sent to me. Now the accuracy on the keys is way off and to select buttons on some apps, I have to turn it to landscape to make it work. On my xm app, when I have to enter my user name, touching the block to bring up the keyboard makes the cursor jump down to the password block and touching the name block does nothing. All of these apps worked perfectly on my other phone. Is this from the new update bugs or just a crappy phone.

I just wanted to make sure it wasn't the new bug fix that is doing it. maybe if I bitch enough they will give me a brand new one to shut me up.

If you did an update like ICS to JB and did not do a Factory Data Reset ... try that. If the problem is still there ... get it replaced.
