trouble with my new tablet

I bought a 10" tablet from ebay.
The description on ebay says : zenithink 10" tablet. But I could not find the word zenithink on the tablet. Also I could not see the version android 2.2.
The battery of the tablet does not charge, it works only with power. Is there any solution?

If it can only work with charger,
you'd better return to the seller,
definately,it is fault or not right.
