Help trouble with ordering the bookcase

I've ordered the official samsung bookcase on samsung.com

I went to check the order status and it was cancelled.
called the number for orders that the tech support chat guy gave me and they told me they couldn't look up my order because they were a 3rd party called digital river and i didn't place the order through them.

Went to check my credit card and the charge is pending.

any ideas? i don't even know who to call there's no information on the website about order inquiries...

anyone else have problems ordering through samsung.com?
 
No problems. It was on backorder for about 10 days, but then I got an email saying it was available. I ordered it and was delivered by UPS three days later. I had previously ordered the Too case & I'm looking to get rid of it.
 
I placed an order today noon PST and opted for next day service. Its 7pm PST and still haven't received a tracking number. I called order support and they told me that If I don't receive by the next day, to call back and they will refund the shipping cost.

Kind of untrusty if you ask me. They don't seem on top of it.
 
I wonder why Samsung does not let the carriers sell the case at the stores as accessory. Wouldn't it be an easier sell?

Thats what I'm saying. I'd even pay a couple bucks more just to have it NOW. You'd think the OEM accessories would have been released with the actual device.

I got an email confirmation of my order within 20 minutes. I got a shipping confirmation/tracking number either that night or the following morning.
