Root trouble with s-off

Last week I decided to try to root my phone. I followed all the instructions on the wiki website and was successful until I got to the Control Bear...Im not sure what happent, it just got stuck at the loading screen with the green arrow. After a pain staking few days I've failed to resolve this issue. I feel like if I can manage to S-off my phone, than my problem will be resolved. But I keep getting that error message
 
Ive tried restoring it many times using all the methods online. Nothing seems to work. I accidently formated the internal hardrive, Im not sure if that messes things up or not...Also, I've installed a rom called "bulletless" because I was missing some sort of "bin" file, and that gave me access to control bear again. But now I keep getting error message "6667...'
 
So, when I try to use the controlbear- f or controlbear-r in the command prompt, all i get is an error saying cannot exec '/system/bin/sh'

I've been trying for hours to fix my phone, doesn anybody have any solution??
 
by "green screen" what do you mean? the control bear arrow screen?

im assuming this ws your situation:

Hey thanx for the help. "green screen" meaning the control bear arrow screen. Ive tried all the recovery methods that are lsited on that Unlimted.ui website. They all work fine up until the very end and it keeps saying cannot exec '/system/bin/sh'
 
and also, I know its probably a newby question, but how exactly do you go about running an ruu? to you just open recovery and open it? or do you have to do it in fast boot?

You download the latest RUU (Credit to Krook over a XDA)
Dev-Host - RUBY_ICS_35_S_TMOUS_2.14.531.3_R2_Radio_1.14.550L.17DC_30.78.550L.15_release_262141_signed.zip - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service
Then rename to PH85IMG
Put in Ext SD Card
Go into fastboot and it should work.
 
Alright, Ive been trying to do that dozens of time to no avail. Itll load fine in bootloader- the blue loading rectangle on the top right loads all the way, than it will say PARSING PH85IMG.zip and stops. Any solutionm?
 
Could it have something to do with not having Superuser installed correctly on my phone? I kind of deleted the app on my phone while trying to restore it a few days ago, but re-installed it yesterday...

Wait what carier are you using?
Cause the RUU i gave was tmobile.
