Help Trouble with text

Help! I've always had go sms on my other phones. I now have lgv20 I downloaded the app and unistalled it. Still won't work. I have it set as my main messaging ap. My problem is... There is only one person from my contacts that won't show on my go SMS app, it goes into the factory messaging app. Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance.

Possibly it's a bug with GO SMS. Could try another SMS app, preferably one that doesn't spam you with ads and phone home your personal stuff to China, like GO does.

You may need to go to Settings/Language and Input/ and make sure your keyboard app is set to the app you wish to use. Even having set that properly, my phone likes to switch back to the standard after an auto update.
