Ok so im trying to install venom 4.3 to my phone but when i flash it it tells me everything was successful but when i reboot my phone it wont go pass the htc symbol....my phone is s-off and im running a venom software now and guess i have an older kitkat system......im only doing ths is bc my wifi is slower then shit after a recent update and was told im running an older kitkat system and that i need to update it soo any thought are helpful.

Did you wipe the phone from the Venom installer?

Did you check the md5 checksum of the zip file before trying the install?

Can you put your phone in TWRP, check the mounts and see your storage from where the rom zip is located on your pc?

Didn't you have a similar problem in another post where EarlyMon pointed out it was because your firmware was out of date? Think at the time you thought you'd semi-fixed it by flashing a Venom rom.

So did you update your firmware in the end? Depending on which Venom version you are coming from, and trying to go to, it may also be firmware related again. I know next to nothing about Verizon's weird CDMA hardware setup though so best left to others who do ;)
