Troubles with Touchdown

Let me start off by warning you all that I have been an iPhone user for a long time and just got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 so I may be missing a very simple step.
I have Microsoft Outlook through my Comcast Business Account. I downloaded the Touchdown App after reading reviews on several apps that sync Outlook. I CANNOT get it to work! I first type in my e-mail address and password which doesn not work so it makes me type in everything manually. Is there a spot in my outlook where I can get all of the information the app requests for manual entry? I've tried sevearl different things and the error message I keep getting is long but it keeps repeating the phrase "No Address Associated with hostname for Operation". I tried calling Comcast but they are very unhelpful. It's an account just I have through my personal business so no IT support :( Any ideas?

You may want to check with support@nitrodesk.com, and/or post in the Nitrides forum on Goggle. They're pretty responsive, in my experience.

Nitrodesk IS great along with Touchdown. I had exactly the same experience with my Exchange account when I first got my phone. The problem was that there was a specific way that I had to enter my domain and user name. My ISP (Rackspace) was very helpful and got me going quickly. You would be amazed how quickly Comprap will get someone on the phone for you when you ask to speak to retentions. I have yet to hear anything good about them!
