Help Troubleshooting with Samsung Galaxy E 7

Hi There,

Recently I purchased Samsung Galaxy E7 from Bangkok thinking it is a nice device. Of late it has started to give problem. The device most of the time gets hung up and doesn't respond quickly; only the light is displayed in the return and recent apps button and the screen doesn't gets displayed. Secondly, when I am listening to music and by mistake if I shake the phone, the music gets shuffled (I tried to go to settings and correct it nothing happens). One of the most irritating part is most of the time the back button doesn't function and in the Apps the Touch Sensitivity Apps is also missing. The camera image is not so good as compared to other series (J5 and others). Finally I am not being able to update my Android (from Kitkat to Lollipop).

Can some on please provide me with useful tips

I have gone through your problem..!
I recommend you to install android 5.1.1 if it is released in your region or else install top antivirus programmes like avast mobile security and it's cleanup or which you prefer to solve your problem to some what.I hope this process may cure your problem to somewhat.
