Trust or remove certificate

How do I resolve this issue? I do not know how to find or point out which certificate is causing this!! I clicked on monitoring certain info activity! Thanks in advance!

did this recently pop up? maybe try uninstalling your most recent apps to find the cuklprit.

i have never seen this before.
