trying another gps-offline app...

User rocksockdoc tried several free ones out...

Putting copilot on my other cheepie phone to try it out since his review made it look decent... And its use-able as crippleware. Plus its cheaper to buy it after trial period ends.

Just looking at the map display, it looks nice even before driving with it...

Okay... After trying copilot...

I could be leaning towards copilot...

Nicer display, more commercially... Less freeware-y looking.
Controls are more laid out like a GPS.
Voice is less annoying.

Route 66 let's me just enter the whole address... Copilot makes me enter town....street.... Number... Etc etc....

Copilot could be a hair faster screen moving but nothing objectionable...not a fair comparison anyways as they are on different phones, one phones GPS might be better or whatnot.

What I really like is this all goes on with 20-30 dollar phones, lmao... Can't wait to try it on a bigger better phone one day.
