Root Trying install a ROM but keep getting red triangle with eclamation..

[heyjoojoo]

I rooted my device using: CM10 Jelly Bean ROM for Epic 4G Touch! | Epic 4G Touch Root

and for some reason, every time I try to install a ROM, I get the red triangle...

What do I need to do?

Trying to recall now. I rebooted to recovery, returned back to the default and did it again using a different root.
