Trying to decide on possible upgrade

I have the original droid. I have an upgrade due in November, but I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade.

Verizon is manditory as I'm on someone else's plan so I have no wiggle room on that front.

MUST Haves:
-ability to root
-an unlocked bootloader

Would like:
-physical keyboard
-good camera
-buttons arranged as (back, menu, home, search)

MUST NOT HAVE
(if I can root it and use a custom rom, then these are non-issues)
-Motoblur
-Sense

So based on that, if anyone can give me recommendations, I'm all ears.

Right now, I'm thinking that if the rumors are true that in Q4 Motorola will have an update to unlock the bootloader if the Droid 3, I'll probably get that.

I'm buying the Droid 3, if that rumor turns out to be true. (Not before)
