I have a new phone, it's a Telstra Smart Touch 2, T760, android 2.3.3. I have another ph that is in for repair and it's a Qwerty Touch phone, both Android. I was able to install Skype on that one but can't seem to get it on the T760. the Skype web site says both phones are compatible although one part does say not compatible.
I've tried to call ZTE the makers of both phones and they just keep telling me to "play around", but nothing works. When I download Skype it tells me not compatible and do I wan to continue, I've been saying no, but decided to continue today. I've just got the icon/widget on my phone but when I touch it, it opens to a blank screen. I've also tried putting it on my sd card but makes no difference.
