Help Trying to replace screen...

So i dropped my razr maxx and broke the outter most glass. I can feel all of the cracks on the touch screen and there doesnt seem to be any damage to the internal screen. Should i buy the lcd and digitizer combo to repair it or the cheaper option, just the glass and front face plate? I found this on ebay:

Would i need a special adhesive to attach the LCD to the new glass? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

thanks that will certainly save me more money lol. I've seen all the repair videos and it looks like a pretty simple task but, none of them actually show the digitizer being removed from the LCD screen. how hard is this and is that adhesive you mentioned used to attach the LCD to the digitizer directly?
