Root Trying To Restore My Stock Backup, But Data Won't Restore[Help]

Simply put in the title, I made a backup of my stock rom because I'm using 4-28(cm10) and I tried to restore my backup of my stock rom but data won't restore. I wiped 3 three main things; data/factory reset, cache and Dalvik.

What do you mean by "won't restore?" Is it giving you an error, acting like it did it, etc?

did you make the backup with an app or in recovery?
