Trying To Root 2 Phones

trying to root 2 phones first (SM-S124DL) Andorid 12. and next an (LGL322DL) Android 10
1st off kingo root does not work with current phones. it worked for phones with Jellybean (android 4.1)

2nd don't rely on one-step rooting. kingo root back in the day was frowned upon by the rooting community for a bunch of reasons. main one being that you will fail to learn the actual rooting process which would have given you tools to learn going forward, pnce rooted.

so after doing some research at XDA Forums there are no real guides on your exact phone model. there is plenty there for other A02s models except for yours. rooting is very device specific.

the basic steps for rooting newer phones these day would be to:

1. unlock the bootloader. on sammy's snapdragon phones will have a locked bootloader. there is no way to unlock it. there is a service out there that might be able to unlock it for you.....i think......can't remember at the moment.

2.install magisk:

3.install twrp:

4.use twrp to install magisk and run magisk to complete root.

i would read some more over at xda for your phone:

and as far as your lg phone, the bootloader can't be unlocked.

read post#3 for your answers.

sorry your are sol. pick better phones to root next time. not all phones can be rooted. maybe look into getting a pixel phone if you are looking to root.
