Root Trying to root my Hauwei Ascend 2.3.6

trying to root my Hauwei Ascend 2.3.6 but having problems deleting dalvic cache files in
(fastboot).. need help don't see dalvik catch files in CMW (fastboot)... also can't Store update.zip on (top level) of my SD card. Need help...

thank you for moving it I'm really trying to get my phone Facebook us is really driving me crazy I wanna get it rooted real bad... just can't find this dalvic cache on my phone. I need someone to actually walk me through so I can get this done and we appreciate anybody to help..

CWM is not fastboot... if you already have CWM installed, Dalvik is found under advanced in the main CWM menu...
