Trying to tether a galaxy note 10 to ...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and a Samsung Proclaim Net10 cell phone. I want to use Proclaim as a hotspot to connect the Note. I've rooted both and installed Wireless Tether app but it won't connect to the Inet through the phone. Says there's no connection. ???

Hi and welcome

Assuming that the phone is working as a hotspot - check with a laptop or another wifi enabled phone- why would you need a tether app or root on the note 10? It should just use its normal wifi and browser. The tethering app need to be on the phone (if it does not have one built in)

Does your service provider block tethering?
