Root Trying to Unroot S6...Help!!!

Hello

I recently bought a refurbed S6, turns out it's rooted and now I'm desperately trying to unroot it. I don't know what app/software was used to root it. I've been using Odin v3.10.6 but it just keeps failing and I can't figure out why. Here is a screenshot. If anyone can give me any pointers that would be great. Thanks.

You may need to switch the OEM unlock option back to unlock in settings>developer options>OEM unlock.

The original owner may have formatted the device and you will need to reveal that menu. Go to about device in settings and Software info and tap build number a few times until you see a message about developing.

Also a note on what your expecting, since the phone is already rooted the Knox counter has already been tripped and you'll not be able to use Samsung pay. There is no way to fix this.
