Help trying to update to 2.2

did anyone else have any issues downloading 2.2 onto there phone.. mine will get about half way and then stops ???
 
Mine never starts. Is it because I rooted it? It opens up and shows me the download screen, but then nothing happens, it restarts, and I'm still on 2.1
