Help Trying to upgrade, have issues.

Trying to update my Rogers branded Spica that I bought for my mom, just through the Samsung PC studio, but no dice. I can read the SD card okay, but phone isnt listed when I hit upgrades or whatever it says. Not too familiar with this phone, but I figured it wasnt detecting because it might have had to been in flash mode, so I looked that up, and put it in flash mode, and all I get is Windows telling me drivers were not installed correctly on "Unknown Device". Installed PC Studio, and Kies. Could it be from running 64-bit OS? Sorta lost here, Samsung has terrible support/troubleshooting on this topic.

I agree with you on the support for sure, i have been having many issues with this phone ,kies mini has been pulled from samsung and no support to upgrade to the current firmware .2.2 from 1.5 .They dont even try to help just say keep on trying .
