Help Trying to upload to Youtube "Waiting To Retry"

I've searched around, but people just say to use WiFi, which I am using. I've tried cancelling/retrying to upload, opening the Youtube app and uploading from it, and even clicking "record" in the app and uploading it straight after. It sits for a couple seconds and says "Waiting to Retry"

Had the same thing happen to me. Try switching wifi off then back on.
