Turn off automatic app update

Is there an app to toggle between manual and automatic app updating for all apps as a batch? I would like to switch off auto while roaming abroad and reverse this when back home.

The play store has an option like that. You just need to go to the settings and click the automatic updates. When you don't want automatic updates, simply untick that option and it should stop.

How can i set the automatic app update back to manual again? idk what happened... but my Glaxy Ace was just set into auto update all... i knew bec i now get a notif stating that app's been updated w/o my permission...
