Help Turn off 'battery charged' noise/vibrate

Has anybody found a way to turn off the vibrate for full battery? I am sick of having to put it on a cushion or be woken up, it's ridiculous. I only got this phone recently but already I'm not sure it was worth the money.

Hopefully this can be corrected when JB comes, if it comes.

Only thing i can think off, is turn vibrate off when you put it on charge and then it back on when you unplug it from charger, no ideal i grant you but it stops you being woke up.

I would love to know how to disable it as well! I'm constantly getting up a night/stopping revision etc. to check if I got a text message, just to realise that my phone is just fully charged... :/
