Help Turn off data connection

My dad has this phone but I can't physically get hold of it to investigate myself.

What is the method for turning on/off the data connection? An app or widget to do it simply would be even more helpful, but I don't know which ones will work for his phone.

Is there another phone that is very similar to the Fit s5670 so I can also use those forums to look for this kind of information?

Edit: I am using the S5670 model.

Go to Settings>Wireless and Networks>Mobile Networks> turn of the the first two options - Use Packet Data and Data Roaming.

I know there are some apps that can do this, but I forgot their names. Hope this helps.
