Turn off data usage for specific app

How could I turn off 3g for a specific app

"No Root Firewall" should be able to restrict internet access for a particular app - I don't know whether it distinguishes between mobile data and WiFi. If you are rooted there definitely are apps that can do that (AFWall+ comes to mind).

NoRoot Firewall does indeed distinguish between wifi and mobile data.
