Help Turn Off Delivery Report Notification

-EDIT- More specifically, for the stock messaging app.

Hey guys,

Does anybody know if this can be turned off? I've gone through all the menus and for whatever reason I can't figure out how to turn it off. So, whenever a message fails to send, it gives me the same notification as the one I get for incoming text messages.

I either want to turn it off or change the notification. I could've sworn this could be changed, but am drawing a blank on where to access.

Yep,

Messages>settings>SMS/MMS and delivery reports tick box is there for SMS and a scroll down for MMS.
