I installed the leaked version of ICS .232 on my Droid Bionic and I've noticed that in this new version of Android it seems to generate a lot of constant useless notifications. Whenever I'm typing there is a "Select input method" notification. Whenever I'm using the GPS, there is a location notification. Same thing with Car Mode. I don't even use the stock Car Mode application, but it still leaves a notification in my task bar the entire time I have it plugged into my car dock.
None of this was present in .905. Is there a way to turn off these system notifications, either individually in the settings, or all at once with an app or mod?
