Help Turn off Jellybean update prompt

I do not want the new Jellybean update. Is there a way to prevent the prompt from popping up every 15 minutes?

In applications manager, there are two apps you can "disable" with update in the title. One is "fw update" and I forget the other...

I saw fw upgrade (not update) but disable was grayed out. The other one I found was System Upgrade but disable was also grayed out. Should I force stop these two?
