Help Turn off vibrate on 'back' button

A relatively recent update in Android 5 now has the phone vibrating every time I hit the 'back' button. It's incredibly annoying. The only info I can find is how to turn vibrate off for the keyboard (which was on by default, unbelievably). How can I disable the vibrate on the back button? If I could open it up and rip the damn thing out I would.

There should be an option to disable vibrations on touch/when pressing buttons (aka haptics). On my phone it's in Settings > Sound and Notifications, under System, but as some manufacturers rearrange menus it may be in a different location on your device.
