turn off vibrate when adding removing?

Does anyone know how to turn off vibrate when I organize my screen?

When holding and dragging icons, the phone vibrates.

turn off heptic feedback

I turned off Locale & Text -> Touch Input -> Text Input -> Vibrate when typing already and it is still vibrating when I hold on an icon when organizing.

Any other suggestions?

turn off heptic feedback ...is diff then that ...im testing something else on my phone right now and i cant remeber excatly where that option is give me a min and ill find it
