Turn off volume warning

Is there a way on disabling the 'Raise volume above safe level?' warning, so I don't have to press ok every time. It's not that loud as it is. Plus, when watching a movie with my hudl connect with hdmi to the tv, is there a way of hiding the Go home, Go Back, Show Active Apps, and Tesco buttons? It's distracting.

Re the volume warning, not without root and an xposed module (and I'm not entirely sure later software versions on the Hudl can be rooted, but I'll need to check). I actually think the volume warning thing is an EU requirement: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-21294537

Not sure about the buttons on the bottom, I don't appear to have the Hudl connect app on mine, is it just a screen mirroring app or is it a media player?
