I can't turn off my wifi, it's automatically always on, what will I do to turn it off?

Hi and welcome
You dont say what device you are using, but normally from the home screen:
menu button
system settings
wi-fi
you can turn it off there.
If you then press the menu button again, then
advanced
you can see if it is set to be always on during sleep or timed to be always on - that could be the problem.
