Help Turn on Hotspot

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Sprint. I hacked my phone and now use it for another company called Cricket. I want to turn on my Hotspot but I can't , it ask me to connect it to a Sprint something stuff which I can't 'cause my phone is no from Sprint any more. I downloaded some apps for hotspot share, but it pop up the configuration on my phone. What should I do? Are there any apps thatcan help?

Could be something to do with the Sprint MSL, Master Subsidy Lock, that their phones have AFAIK. Even though it's now on Cricket, it's still contacting Sprint's service and proxies, until this lock is removed probably. Could even be the Sprint customized firmware is hard coded to connect only to Sprint's services. of course you don't have a subscription with them any more, and to fix that you'd probably have to flash the ROM completely.
