Turn phone into GPS device

hi Friends
i have LG phone and i want to make this phone into GPS navigation device. i have registerd CYGIC app.

NOW

i want a CHARGER APP.. when i turn on charger (switch on car) the screen became on and when i turn of the charger display become off

any one can help me please

Welcome to the forums, amersaeed218.

On my phone, under settings and then display, gestures and buttons, I have a selection Stay Awake, phone will never sleep while charging.

Perhaps your phone has the same option?
