Turn Phone on Automatically

Is there an application/widget that will automatically turn the phone on or off at a certain time? Thanks,

You can't even do a reboot without being rooted, let alone turn on or off. When the phone is off, its off, unlike older phones wherein being off isn't really off and certain services can still work like this.

The closest you can get is an automatic airplane mode. Which is pretty much like a turn off for all intents and purposes.

Yes, airplane mode is easiest. I only lose 1-2% in 12 hours with airplane on. I turn phone off once or twice a month at most. Power Schedule works well.

There is an app but your phone neds to be rooted and plugged in the charger for it to work. The app is No Moar Powah! I use it every night, my phone is plugged in and set to start up 5 min before the alarm gets off. It loads automatically the alarm time, and sets the startup 5 min before but you can manually st the startup time.

If you really mean to SILENCE the phone at certain times instead of turning it off, Silent Time Lite is a free app that does just that. You can set up a schedule for the phone to be silenced or silence it manually and manually turn the ringer back on. You can set up exceptions that allow certain people to ring through when the phone is silent for certain events. For example, you can allow someone to call when you have the program set up to silence the phone overnight, but they can't call through when at a meeting.
If you turn the phone off, remember that it takes a while to boot up, so if there was some sort of emergency and you needed to make a call 'right now', you would be in for a frustrating wait. I never turn my phone off. Just silence it when required. Charge it daily.

I know it can't turn the phone on and off, but smart actions on the razr can be set to turn data on/off, silence the phone, switch from 4g/3g to wi-fi and vice versa, along with many other programmable settings. Although if you don't have smart actions on your phone then ignore this post.
