Turn your old phone into Free Home Security Camera - 3G/4G or WiFi

Tried it a few weeks ago but only allowed one camera unless signed up to a monthly plan. Few other limitations without paying. I can understand need to make money from this but i was not willing to commit on the limited use i was able to test for free. Perhaps consider a free month trial ??

@doc1964 : Cawice App Free version has no limitations except the number of camera who's limited at x1, the Automatic Recording feature and the Detection Area. It already includes Unlimited Live Video Streaming in HD, Motion/Sound/People Detectors, Alerts Notifications and Siren Alarm... who're we guess enough for fully testing and enjoy our app for free ;)

Well. Temporarily, you can deactivate the "Sleeping Mode" on your camera device (the camera phone will never go to dark screen if it plugin with the charger).
  • On the camera phone Settings, go to Developper Options and activate the option Stay Awake
We will try to find out a solution to your problem :-)
 
@psionandy: The power supply is usually managed by the device system. Otherwise, Cawice includes a "Save battery feature" who allows the app to run even the device is in "Sleep Mode". With this way, your security camera device can run approximately 48 hours without being charged.
 
  • Cawice update 1.7.7 includes a new feature: POP-UP MODE :)
No more need to spend your time in the app to watch your security camera. Activate the "Pop-Up Mode" then watch your security camera on the top of your screen :cool:
