Turning it in

rgmcree

Newbie
After way too much frustration over the last 2 weeks, I've decided to turn in my S3. I have struggled every day with this thing. I have uploaded short videos to You Tube according to the phone, yet my YT account has no videos. Battery life absolutly sucks... only 1 day.
Too many apps for things I will never use; Kindle, players, etc.
This is the second time and last time I will attempt to aquire and use this thing.
Thank you to those of you that tried to help me.

I'm sorry to hear that :(
I do see that you have several posts about different issues, albeit I did not read thru them all.
Seems like you have your mind made up, but allow me to ask 2 questions:)
1. Have you done a factory reset,
2. Have you considered rooting?

Yeah. Id say youre gona have the same kinda problems with another android based phone. Unless youre gona use a phone with a different operating system, you should probably persist with the s3.
Good luck though if you dont

You might want to try phones with hardware buttons like BlackBerrys, don't have many apps, and you can use them as normal phones. I don't think you'll find anything better even with other Android phones or with the iPhone.

I have no idea what a factory reset or rooting is.
Best Buy now has the S3. They were very cooperative.
I wish it would have worked out.
Thanks for you response.
