when I use the button on the top right to make my screen go black, many times it will not come back on when i hit it, again. The phone has not been turned off, but it just wont respond for several moments...
Just a hunch but I'm gonna guess you are using setcpu or similar to under/over clock your cpu, if that is the case bump your minimum cpu speed up a notch that should solve it. I had the same issue when I was using the 122 mhz setting rather than the 245 mhz setting.
