Help Turning Text Prediction On

Hi! Text prediction went away with the ICS update. How do I turn it back on?

Back up everything and do a factory restore, then setup you phone again, it fixes many issues after the ICS update.

as far as i know, there is no text prediction in stock.
try swiftkey x, it has better prediction
