The only one I have found is by Derek Banas and it is a YouTube playlist. I think this is the correct link however in copying it with my mobile I may have got the wrong one. If that's the case search YouTube for Derek Banas.

As for books, APress is pretty good with the android books they have out. Android - Mobile
