that's a pretty good question. i'm curious to know that myself. but as far as i know, for now, the AllShare app that came pre-installed on the phone is the closest we'll get to that.

Yeah the function is available on the phone its just block like lte turn off/on. I see it in any cut under tv out but it won't work. The phone is capable of a lot but blocked. So can it work now that phone is rooted anyone. Help

just rooting the phone doesn't do anything to magically change how the phone works. Stuff thats "Blocked" or "Removed/disabled" will not just start working. Someone would have to look into getting it working, reEnabling it, or adding back whats been removed to try and get it going.
