Hey guys my first post. Can you use mytouch to tune tv local cause with tmobile data throttle there isnt anything that wont suck up all my data. I searched the market the apps are all internet based, I saw a digital handheld tv for a hundread bucks but was hoping a multihundread phone could do it for me with out having to pay out the butt every month.
