Help TW volume adjustment question

I notice on TouchWiz, the volume rocker only controls the ringtone volume, not the notification volume. I believe on CM and maybe others, and on my old HTC Evo4G, that the rocker could be configured to control the ringtone and the notification volume at the same time, which is handy when you want to hush it up but not completely. Am I missing it or is not possible in TouchWiz?

I know if your using any media playback (youtube, games etc) it will change the media volume instead of the ringer volume.
